Disappointing FNB - unauthorized debit orders
I am so disappointed.
I recently left ABSA bank because of unauthorized debit orders going off day after day. I joined FNB and two months into it I am experiencing the same problem. This is so frustrating and it hurts actually.
Which bank is safe really? What are these banks doing to fix this or is it a fix as we go? ABSA is benefiting from the reversals because they charge the client for it, I wonder if it’s the same with FNB.
Anyone know of a TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST bank?
