Disappointing FNB Menlyn Maine branch service

I went to FNB Menlyn Maine branch at 4pm after work. When I get there I'm told the Business managers have left and there's no way I can't be help. So I asked if I can come back the following day after work. They say the managers have privileges of leaving early (before the branch closes) so still i won't get help. What nonsense is this? When the branch closes at 5pm I expecting to get all the help I require from the bank not to be told if I come after work I won't get help. I'm so disappointed at FNB. How can the stuff be effective when the managers do as they please
