Disappointing FNB

I have still not received the documentation after my complaint on HelloPeter dated 31 July 2023. I require the *****ulent debit order mandate that was made on my account dated 30 June 2023 to be sent to me. FNB has failed in disclosing this information to me. It is now the 5 September 2023.
