Disappointing FNB

I have never been this disappointed with FNB. I have been with them for more than 10 years great service until last year. Their credit life Department and collections is as useless as the letter P in psychology. You call and you hold for like an hour eventually someone picks up and then the phone drops. My credit is a mess because of them..

Any bank would be better that FNB at this point. You write an email and get an auto response a month later no follow up at all. I would not recommend anyone to join this bank I am sorry but I always ral**** behind them not now..
