Disappointing Experience with FNB's Loan Services

I've had a pretty frustrating experience with FNB's loan department recently. It seemed like every time I needed help, I was passed around to different people, and the call center wasn't much help either. I can't say I'd recommend FNB to anyone based on my recent experiences.
