DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH FNB GREEN POINT BRANCH

I app**** for a passport in the beginning of April and made payment same time using E-Home Affairs FNB branch in Green Point hoping to speed up the process, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I have been attempting to schedule an appointment for the fingerprints and photos, there are no booking appointments available for April and May. This lack of availability severely hinders my ability to receive timely assistance as I need the passport ready by June already!.

I have contacted the provided numbers and call centre gave me a number that is not being picked up.Overall, my experience with the FNB Green Point branch is extremely disappointing. The unavailability of booking appointments and the poor quality of service received reflect poorly on the reputation of the bank. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues promptly to improve the customer experience at this branch. I would not recommend this branch to others seeking reliable and efficient services.
