Disappointing Decline in Service Quality at FNB

I've been a loyal FNB customer for over 15 years, but recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. The service quality has deteriorated significantly. My attempts to use PayPal through FNB have been met with difficulties, and the Forex side imposes an impractical limit for sending money. Despite having multiple income sources, FNB insists on considering only one, creating unnecessary complications. Even after reaching out about a global account issue via email last week, there has been no response. This lack of consideration for clients' needs is shocking. I strongly advise others to explore alternative banking options.
