Disappointing Customer Service & Lack of accountability

I have reached out to your team on multiple occasions regarding this matter, and it is disappointing that I am once again having to raise the same concern publicly. I was assured that my issue would be resolved within five days, however, it has now been fifteen days with no resolution.

Initially, my ticket was assigned to a consultant who was reportedly on leave. It was then reassigned, yet the second consultant has provided no feedback or updates whatsoever. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating.

The fact that I am sending this message at such a late hour underscores how significantly this unresolved issue has affected me. It has taken a considerable toll, and I urgently require this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. I would appreciate immediate attention and clear communication regarding the next steps.
