Disappointing communication from fnb.

I'm so upset and disgusted. My dad passed away 5 years ago. Suddenly someone just came and took pictures of our home without saying anything. When we asked the guy said he don't know they just said its a deceased estate. Apparently they made contact with us but we never got any form of communication from them. When my dad passed we were there but they just did nothing to tell us what we should do my dad had a will for my mom. I'm confused why they came to take pictures of our home.
