Disappointing

Really disappointed with the level of service from FNB. I was an FNB client for years and had an account that was not in use that went into legal status, due to that, I was unable to get a home loan or any credit products from FNB, even though my Experian CompuScan score is in the highest rating group. Nobody can find that account and close yet, yet when i went to try and deposit money at the atm I can see the account in legal status for R10,43
