DISAPPOINTING BANK - POOR CYBER SECURITY:

Just recently, I experienced my online banking being compromised for the second time with FNB. Thankfully, I acted swiftly to block my digital banking and prevent further loss. This time, there was a suspicious transaction from a UK supermarket. This isn't the first time this has happened; previously, I lost thousands due to unauthorized access. Despite assurances from FNB that it wouldn't recur, it did. Attempts to contact their ***** department were frustrating, as I spent a significant amount of time on hold, with no resolution. Even visiting the FNB branch in Durbanville yielded no assistance.
