Disappointing and unsafe to bank at fnb

If you were thinking of switching to FNB its not a good idea. FNB does not protect its clients against ***** or any suspicious transactions. I have been with FNB for many years and i am considering switching to a different bank. FNB continues to allow Pineapple insurance to continue to deduct money from my bank account even after i blocked and rejected this debit mandates. I also sent Pineapple insurance countless emails asking them to stop debiting my bank account. After i disputed their debit authorizations from my bank account they decided to change the reference number and name to “old mutual” and continued to debit my account. This has been going on since September. How are these people continuing to debit my account when i never authorized their mandate? It is not safe to be at fnb
