Disappointed.....again!!!!!!!

Fnb is so frustrating......I took a smart device with them last month ...we agreed on R279 a month but on my online app its showing an installment of R329.. if you dare debit that R329 I will take you to the Ombudsman...calls are recorded and I have proof of the amount we agreed on.
