Disappointed with your service
Bad customer experience. I've app**** for card on the 28th of June still haven't been delivered.
They said the process take 2 - 7 working days. It's been 2 weeks now I have to pay urgent delivery fee because I need this card.

13 Jul 2022, 10:11I regret taking up a credit card with you guys ,after 10 years of good service you ruin it by just being *********** and not transparent. Now my credit card is paused because of some security check which I know nothing about.
