Disappointed with Unprofessional conduct

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct exhibited by Mr. Thabo Lebepe at the branch office on the 30th of April, Despite he instructed me to visit a branch to retrieve my fund for my account he terminated which I'm not happy with despite sending him all the proof he ask for, the representative, Monica Morane, repeatedly called Mr. Thabo Lebepe he hung up on her calls after confirming my presence at 3:35pm and 3:38 on April 30th, 2024

The behavior is unacceptable, especially considering his directive for me to visit the branch for resolution, when we came for him at the head office earlier same day, I urge your superiors to investigate this matter promptly, as his actions are unreasonable and reflect poorly on the bank professionalism.

I previous got in touch with Fnb customer care relating this matter to them about him terminating my account and not releasing my funds to the alternative account i provided since 23rd April 2024 which he asked for, I was told they will relay my complian to him but up till now I've not gotten any respond from him or the bank.

I demand he rectify this situation by releasing my funds, as he stated that FNB no longer wishes to have an association with them.
