Disappointed with this bank!!!

I find it very funny that I have been a client for FNB for so long, my monthly salary and expenses are paid through including the loan I took with FNB. I have a Life Cover and Funeral policies with the bank. I app**** for car finance and they declined my application, but on the app it says that I qualify for a Premium Account, Home loan and personal loan. All these fancy debts that I do not need.

If I can afford to buy a home according to my credit record, does that mean I cannot afford to buy a car???
