Disappointed with slow response at fnb

I submitted a further loan application on Tuesday morning 28 February, I received a response that i will receive a response within 24 hrs I have not received any response. Absa has responded with an approval, i am awaiting evaluation of the house, then move my bond from fnb to absa. Fnb is very slow and very unprofessional. That's why I left my private banking with fnb because I was never treated like a private banker.
