Disappointed with online service offering

Very disappointed with the outcome with regards to the temporary relief online application process, I completed the information online before any documents could be submitted I got a message indicating FNB is unable to assist. How is this a service offering?? Why offer something when you not going to assist without even looking into the application and documents.
