Disappointed with my Bank

FNB-Mdantsane -Highway branch

I've been banking with FNB for over 20years but the treatment that I got from this bank made me wonder if I'm with the right bank.

30th of Jan went to the bank looking for change -Just R100 of R5 coins,I was made to wait for 45 Minutes after I've been asked if I banked there and still NO HELP . I left, I couldn't wait for the teller any more ,I was frustrated because that was actually not the 1st tym nor the 2nd.

I felt so undermined,so disrespected.Maybe because I was not an important customer carrying real cash to bank. Guess what ?I got my dota's R5 Coins from a different bank -A bank that I'm not even using with No Question asked.'Are u banking with us '

I'm really very disappointed with Mdantsane Highway branch ,u'll think because branch is new, the service will be topnotch.
