Disappointed with FNB Trust Services

I'm very disappointed with FNB Trust Services. My late mom passed away in Feb 2021 leaving a Will behind and FNB trust being the Executor of her estate. It's being 18 months and the estate issue hasn't been finalized. I know that Covid happened and backlogs were experienced however I believe that it's the thing of the past now. An administrator was appointed to work on the Estate and along the way I learn that she resigned. What made me to be upset was that she never had the decency to notify me that she is resigning from the employer. I only found out about the matter when I doing a follow up on the Estate. A second administrator was appointed to take over the estate and guess what she also resigned. I got to know about the her resignation when I enquired about the delay on the drafting of the L&D account..Its frustrating that FNB trust services is failing its clients by not communicating when there's difficulties.. Can this estate be finalized please. This matter is draining.
