Disappointed with FNB - Shocking debits

I have an FNB account for 20 years now and I am truly considering leaving and opening another bank account with a different bank. I have now had a total of R1000 worth of R8.50 for declined POS and Purch transactions on my card despite the account being inactive the last 2 months. I am truly disgusted FNB
