Disappointed with FNB service

Yesterday my salary reflected around 16:00, bought Data, sent an e-wallet to my cousin 5min later when i want to transfer money to my other accounts, the money doesn't appear 😢 doesn't even show that it ever went in my account , i Call FNB they said it will show today as 15th is my pay date... Around 20:00 was showing on the transaction list that's it in, but not on the Available balance , this morning there is no sign of my salary 😭..

At the bank there is no sign the money ever appeared on my account, but even this morning i got a text massage showing that it went to my account, and even got messages from the transaction i made to my cousin with available balance
