Disappointed with FNB policies and charges

I am writing this post on behalf of my husband who is an FNB account holder.

My husband unfortunately lost his job September 2023 and he has loans with FNB as well as policies that will cover you for 12 months while you are unemployed. We have been trying to get these policies activated for such a long time and all FNB does is charge him rejection fees on his bank account for over R1500,00. FNB , your client is not employed and you as his bank is charging him instead of assisting ? every month that FNB does not assist or respond to our query e-mails he is being charged rejection fees of R105,00 per transaction and now sitting with an overdue balance because of the slow work of FNB. You are suppose to help your clients in their time of need and not bill them more where they are now over indebted. we have sent numerous e-mail requests for the 2 policies to activate and to date nothing has been done, no response to e-mails and secure chat transfers us to 10 different departments in one chat session. Disappointing to know this is how FNB treats their clients.
