Disappointed with fnb law on call

I am very disappointed with fnb law on call from the very time I phoned them regarding a personal matter the way the attorney answered me I was not happy so I went to legal.wise they told me the matter can be resolved so I phoned fnb law on call back and told them wat I was told at legal.aid then the attorney from fnb told me they will.assigh an attorney to see if the problem can be resolved I went to the attorney he told me me can be done this was last year dec so I phoned fnb in January and they told me they cant assist I'm still waiting for the rejection email I phoned them in February I'm.still waiting for the letter the attorney emails me last week saying that fnb does not want to pay for the matter to go to high court I fail to understand cause wen I phoned to find out how much are we covered for I was told its 3million and 125000 per case I dint see why I should go to legal.aid yet we paying for a service with fnb
