DISAPPOINTED WITH FNB (INVESTMENTS)

In 2022, I was advised to transfer my investment which was being managed by FNB to a different fund (Discovery) as my investment was not growing. The transfer took place but when I needed to submit my tax return in 2023, SARS informed me that there was an issue with my return as there had been no IRP5 submitted to SARS for the transfer of funds. After going backwards and forwards with FNB - over a period of MONTHS, FNB finally realised that the fault lay with them as they had FAILED to submit the IRP5. They eventually did this. When my tax consultant wanted to finalise my tax (late already because of the delay with the IRP5), SARS came back with the response that FNB had issued the document with the incorrect policy number! I then had to send email after email requesting that they correct the policy number. This, they did eventually - more months had passed. Only to find that SARS has STILL rejected my tax submission because FNB DID NOT CANCEL THE INCORRECT POLICY NUMBER! I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO FNB TO AND REQUESTED THAT THEY CANCEL THE INCORRECT POLICY NUMBER but they do not even return my emails! I am at my wits end - this has been going on for 8 months now and I stlll have not been able to submit my 2023 tax return! I am desperate for help!
