Disappointed with FNB

I've been a client with FNB since 2017 and on Saturday 01 June they decided to block/freeze my account after a certain lady who banks with Capitec **** that I de*****ed her after she paid me for work I had done for her.

Been trying to call FNB to get my account active but their ***** department don't pick their calls. I'm stuck now with no money to use.
