Disappointed with FNB

We are pensioner who have been banking with FNB for many years and all of a sudden our transactions no longer appear on our not so smart cell phones. We queried it with FNB Nortmead Square this morning and was told that the messages was stopped and that we must now go onto cell phone banking. Being close to 80 years old and not fami**** with the new technology and never had a need for a smart phone and we find it discriminating against senior people. There are now no way to track your pension payments, debit order deductions, expenditure . your balance or should your funds being siphoned off. As pensioners I feel the last instant control we had over our accounts have now been removed and we are left in the dark.
