Disappointed with FNB

I am extremely disappointed in FNB my account had been blocked since June,on the 11th July they told me to sent prove that the money I received wasn't from any *****ulent activities and i did so ,since the i have been calling sending emails but still there is no communication as to how far are they with their investigation and when will my account be unblocked instead my funds keep decreasing yet i cant even use it ….i am not even 3months with FNB but i am already tired and and super disappointed with them
