Disappointed with Empty promises from FNB

I am disappointed and irate with FNB, They contacted me telling me that there is a promotional upgrade for private client where I will not incur any private client charges for the Next 3 months, and further promised that if I'm not satisfied I can downgrade anytime before the 3 months will not be charged for any private client fees. I requested for downgrade to Aspire and I see I have been charged R450 for private client and now they are giving me excuses refusing to refund me my R450. My intention for upgrading was to make FNB my main bank, however, they failed to Move my home loan from Nedbank to FNB, so I cannot make FNB my main bank. FNB was my main bank before, for more than 15 years , I bought houses 3 times , FNB never approved me but other Banks approved me, that's why I have to move my salary to another Bank. very Disappointing
