Disappointed service, unnecessary stress and a real let down!

I am so tired of FNB playing games with me. I have lost all trust in them. They are playing a cat and mouse game with me. They send someone nice to talk to me then they pull him off my case and send a monster after me. Then they send a nice lady to talk to me and then pull her off the case and send another twit who knows nothing about the case to ask me repeatedly for the same information over and over again. I think they are just trying to make me fedup so I will give up. They are really dishonest and *********. No One at FNB truly cares about their clients, each pushing the buck onto the other. Why??? Are they so deceptive?? Really I am their client for over 50 years! Unbelievable! Am I right to be heartbroken?
