Disappointed. Prompt response from them might have resolved the problem.
A one digit (apparent error) in an EFT from Credit card to supplier resulted in 5,350.00 rand going into one of their other clients accounts. I had received a call the same evening from FNB confirming my payment - and asking if the account had gone into a private account - said as far as I was aware it went into the account of the service provider? He didnt tell me the acct no and vendor differed? Long story short I immediately asked for reversal of payment - no response for more than two weeks until I followed up. and was told the money went into another account. I was given their clients name and cell. I called him and he happily had spent the money and advised with an f word that he has no money. I wrote to FNB Complaints with the entire story and they are not interested. I was advised to lay a charge of theft with SAPS. Have been a Client for 15 yrs - bond paid etc. Very disappointed in their immediate lack of response, and the end result.
