Disappointed personal loan application

Before I left for job abroad people recommended FNB as a good bank when you are working abroad. Currently I want to apply for a personal loan and also move my home loan from the previous bank to FNB. I’ve spoken to people online and explain situation about the contract system here but seemingly I am not heard two consultants online Rhoda will not answer your questions Nastatia just decided to end the conversation without hearing and trying to understand or assisting me with a solution. Where I am explaining that where I am getting an employee contract it is not the same as being in South Africa I’ve submitted all documents. How is it that I maintain credit card, homeloan? To top it off No communication no email to say that there is documents missing. I’ve been having to call on and ask and enquirer without anyone attempting to send an email to say what is happening. I actually trusted this bank and recommended to many who didn’t previously bank with fnb yo fnb.
