Disappointed on the customer service and money management

Aich lona " your account was overdrawn and we had to settle with the merchant" How when I had a healthy balance. This is starting to be a trend where you deduct close to 700 on my account every month and tell me it's for fees not honored. Spoken to 3 consultants today and I'm getting different explanation from each. Truly disappointed
