Disappointed on the call center agent

Just got cut off my call after holding for 8 minutes, I told the consultant what had happened and I need to dispute the transactions.

She said to me I should hold on, said in isiZulu 'mina ngi khathele guys' and hanged up the call.

Imagine, I just had ***** done on my card, I called about 3 times, when I'm finally getting through, someone says I'm tired and hang up.

Like how is it that ur at work to service people and you say your tired and hang up?

How is it the 'Experience the help in change'
