Disappointed in their poor customer service

I have settled all personal loans, revolving loan and credit card on the 14th of April. The revolving and credit card were in arrears. My credit record has been updated on the personal loans as closed but they are not updating the revolving loan and credit card, they are also not sending my paid up letters. I have tried numerous times to get this sorted with no success. I am truly frustrated and will be moving banks.
