Disappointed in my bank of choice!

FNB is my bank of choice but have disappointed me in their service. I did an incorrect payment via World Remit, it showed pending on my account. I have been trying to get them to help since early Monday morning. They said I should do the dispute online but every time I try, its says request cannot be processed although the payment shows pending on my side.
