disappointed in my bank

I am very disappointed in my bank for years, I am trying to apply for a consolidation loan, yesterday the consultant said it will be in my account by today and send me the contract, last night I received rejection sms. Today I went in again, and talk to someone else on the phone about my problem, they offer me more money to borrow to pay in six months, what about a consolidation loan do not they understand. I need some relieve on my montly payments, so then I only pay the loan. I did tell her I will close my account if I get a loan somewhere else, she rep**** it sokay...is that the way to try and keep your clients. I really need there help and they are not helping....what is the FNB slogan " How can I help you" what a joke
