Disappointed in FNB’s #item paid no funds transaction

Very disappointed in FNB why is it every month there is a transaction #Item paid no funds 2. It’s been going on forever I don’t understand, when I go on the application to report *****, every other transaction appears except for those ones why???? Kindly refund me THE whole amount
