Disappointed in FNB - refuse payment arrangement

How disappointing - in today's day and age we are all struggling to reach our payments and survive so I got to a point where I realized I needed to make arrangements with debt to get myself sorted as Debt review is not an option I am trying to deal with this in a manner that I can deal with personally and still pay everyone, well to my shock FNB tells me there is nothing they can do for me unless my salary dropped, WOW I was so impressed with the bank but now very disappointed - ABSA was willing to assist me and yet FNB said sorry no luck we can't help you............... very disappointed so they rather not help and then they won't get paid I don't see the reasoning very disappointing
