Disappointed in FNB!!!!!!!!!

I've called more than 20 times to receive a loan mandate that was ALREADY approved last week Thursday. As a business owner looking for a loan to expand my business. This is very sad & so disappointing. We've been told to wait for a new mandate within 12 hours. It's already 5 days later. I've called multiple times, emails have been sent out asking for assistance. Fnb Loan department doesn't care. I'm about to lose a HUGE business opportunity because FNB doesn't want to HELP!
