Disappointed in FNB

A ********** temporary loan was taken under my account in October, I reported the ***** to FNB and even opened a case at the Police Station. I filled in a report so it will be investigated and was told the Temporary loans department would contact me for further discussion, but I still heard nothing. I then went to a branch to find out what's happening to my case and no one had answers. Two weeks ago I received smses and emails from the Temporary loans saying I had to pay the money back. Funny thing is the smses and emails had no contact details. And now money was deducted from my account. I reported it to FNB on Tuesday and Temporary loans said they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Its Sunday already and no one has contacted me. I'm shocked as how can someone take a loan without them verifying if it was the rightful owner of the account and how is it my responsibility to pay it if it wasn't my fault? I need my money back!
