Disappointed in FNB and their slow service. They cannot get what i want right.

Disappointed in the service i am receiving.

My account was locked due to being under DR. It is paid up and i have been numerous times to the branch to have the account reinstated.

It is blocked and a risk of some sort as been put on the account.

The branch and myself have sent emails asking for assistance. No answer.

I want my account to be open. I also want to downgrade please.

I want to do this all in one visit and not seperate.

Please help me. You are my last reosrt it has been months now.
