Disappointed in fnb

Fnb has done it again after my last review they have double deducted once more after sending me a email that they tried to get hold of me and called but they have given me figures of my account and that the installment is r1647 they have again deducted 1674 plus another 1630. This is getting rather frustrating I already have PTSD and have suffered due to an accident I have been in and can't afford to have these deductions made on my account .
