Disappointed in First National Bank

I am very disappointed in FNB.Last week my card was used to perches stuff for the value of R199,while i was sleeping at 4am and my card was with me.I called them to complain and stopped my card,they did it and after 3days i got my money back.This morning at 1am the same thing happened again.So this means my money are not safe with FNB,i must close this account and go to another bank.So today i must call them again,my time,my airtime to stop my card again..I even have a new card now with different numbers but still someone pay for stuff with my card and account.FNB must resolve this matter today cause i am going to social media with this,i am very unhappy.
