Disappointed in business banking sollutions

I hav a business account ( attorney trust and business ) with FNB Vaal Mall. I am disappointed that I don't have a business banker to my disposal. If I had one I never met him/her nor dis anyone made contact with me. I have been contacted by the banks being competition whereby they willing to come to my office engage with me and be available to assist me with my banking ( in person or telephonically)

I always need to contact the business help desk which is a frustrating process whereby I am being sent from pillar to post and mostly all calls last approximately 25 - 60 minutes with no results ( time that I don't have to waste)

The majority of times I've been to Vaal Mall and requested the assistance of the Business banker “she” is not available or at the Vanderbijlpark branch( whatever that means)

I cant change a pin or link cards on my business app as I don't have a personal profile.

I need to phone call centers or go to the branch to open estate late accounts or to open investment account for property transfers while attorneys thats banking at the competition can open and close these accounts from apps or online banking sollutions.

The person thats always willing to assist within her available means is Busi Khambula at Vaal Mall… promote her to the business banking assistant as she understands the frustration ( she realizes that time is money and every minute out of the office affects your income capacity) she has the necessary skill to deal with professionals.Give her 5 stars.

Disappointed to receive this kind of service from a business banking solutions subsequently I am considering to move my accounts to the competition.

Please understand me clearly that I am keeping no one hostage ,simply stating the fact that the competition has beter sollutions for this specialized industry.
