Disappointed FNB User

I Went On To Amy FNB Banking App The Other And A Pop Up Invited Me To Apply For A Cellular Contract. And So I Did... But I Promise The Day I Made That Decision Seems To Be The Day My Nightmares Begun! A Nice Gentleman Called Me And Said He Saw And My Application And We Continued To Process It. They Debited R500 From My Account For The Phone (Which Was Supposed To Be A Gift To My Father) And I Got An SMS Confirming The Phone Was Gonna Make Its Way To Me. RAM Couriers (Sent To Deliver The SIM Card) Calls Me One Day And I Asked To Reschedule Because I Was Not In Town. The Call Center Lady Calls, We Reschedule, And That Is a The Last Time I Hear From Them! FNB Sends Me SMSs Every Day To Say They Will Deliver The Actually Device Between 9am And 5pm, They Don’t Show Up, And Then Follow Up With A “We Didn’t Reach You, You Will Be Liable To Pay For Delivery” Text When They Didn’t Even Show Up, Let Alone Call Me! So Fast Forward Two And A Half Weeks Later, I Am Sitting With No Phone, No SIM Card, No Gift For My Dad And They Have My R500. All This While I Thought It Would Be Easier To Take Up A Contract With My Bank, But I Am Full Of So Much Regret And Disappointment And An Urge To Switch Banks ASAP! What Appalling Service From FNB, A Bank My Whole Family Uses! Shocking...
