Disappointed FNB Long term customer

I have been banking with FNB for more than 15years. Every time I would be in need, they can not assist. I would apply for any loan type at FNB and they would never approve, then apply at another bank and they would approve. After being approved by other banks then FNB would give me offers.

For example, now. I would like to consolidate my debts in one loan for affordability reasons, i tried with FNB but they declined immediately, when i tried with Nedbank they approved me for R300 000.

I have been a loyal FNB customer for years but FNB can never assist me when I am in dire need, I always have to be helped by other banks while I want all my things to be with FNB as i don't want my things to be everywhere.

I should have moved to Nedbank long ago as they're always picking me up when FNB throws me to dust but i have this blind faith that i don't know its about at FNB.
