Disappointed FNB customer

I am so frustrated with FNB right now. App**** two and a half weeks ago for "debt relief"due to Covid-19 as soon as I was informed by my employer that we would not receive full salaries until after lockdown. When I contacted the bank I was told that the only option available is to apply via the FNB app. No option to talk to someone on the phone or even via e-mail. Which I then did with no response from the bank, after numerous complaints two and a half weeks later still no help. This is really disheartening to me when all around me my colleages (working in essential service) simply had to pick up the phone and were quickly sorted without any complicated applications and paper work requests. When someone finally contacted me, it was explained that FNB does not offer any debt relief but rather want me to take out a loan to cover my expenses for 3 months! I was so flabbergasted! This will effectively leave me worse off than when I started. Today someon finally contacted me because of my numerous compaints and after a lengthy conversation the person from the bank, was promised an e-mailed application that I know need to complete which will be subject approval. I am now 4 hours later still awaiting the application which probably won't be approved when my salary was short paid and I was not able to meet all my financial obligations??? FNB how are you helping me??? I feel that FNB is trying to monetise this global pandemic in the form of COVID-19 by taking advantage of their customer who are in a very vulnerable position right now. Not cool FNB you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I am truly disapointed and this makes me regret becoming a customer of FNB as I could be sorted and have peace of mind now, had I been with a other bank!
