Disappointed fnb customer

Fnb I am disappointed. 8000 was taken out of My credit card *****ulantly. I reported it 2 months ago on the 24 of April 2024. Uptil now no feedback. Everytime I phone they say it's been escalated they will contact me. Nobody contacts me. I'm paying for something I did not use. Time to move to another bank.
