Disappointed first time home buyers

So we bought a house through FNB and the attorney that we worked with was VTC. We've been fighting for our compliance certification since last year. The ones we have does not comply with what was issued to us. For plumbing coc we got a geyser coc. The electric coc has a electrician name on but is not the one who did the electrical work and whereby half of the plugs in the house is faulty. Our garage is flooding with water due to leakage that the seller, the evaluator and the bank knew about it but nothing was done. We've been sending emails back and forth regarding this matter and seeking for help as first time home owners just to see a mail from the attorney mentioned above that he concider the matter closed. What do we do? In my next review i will write all the relevant names involved with this transaction to prevent anyone from going through the same stress as us with all the parties involved here.
